FSA & HSA Eligibility
Your Membership May Be Covered
Modulus is a licensed healthcare provider offering medical services from board-certified physicians. Your membership fees and consultation costs may be eligible for reimbursement through your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).
What Is Eligible
Modulus provides physician-led healthcare services that generally qualify as eligible medical expenses under IRS guidelines. This includes:
- Annual membership fees (Modulus One, Complete, and Advanced)
- Physician consultations
- Clinical evaluations and diagnostic workups
- Ongoing care and follow-up visits
Add-on services such as Modulus Bio (genomic sequencing), Pre-Op consultations, and Grand Round reviews may also qualify when ordered or recommended by a physician for medical purposes.
How to Use Your FSA/HSA
At Checkout
Most FSA and HSA debit cards can be used directly at checkout. Your payment will be processed like any other card transaction.
Reimbursement
If you pay out of pocket, save your receipt and submit it to your FSA/HSA administrator for reimbursement. Modulus invoices and receipts include the information typically required for claims.
What You Will Need
Your Modulus receipt or invoice showing the service description and amount paid
Your FSA/HSA claim form (provided by your plan administrator)
Any additional documentation your administrator requires
