Terms and Conditions
Modulus AI, Inc. (“Modulus,” “we,” or “Company”) offers eligible members the opportunity to refer others to Modulus services through the Modulus Referral Program (“Program”). By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Modulus Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not participate.
Eligibility: The Program is open to current Modulus members in good standing. You must be 18 years or older to participate. Modulus reserves the right to terminate eligibility at any time.
How the Program Works: Upon enrollment, you will receive a unique referral link (“Personal Link”). Share this link with individuals you know personally. When a referred individual (“Referred Member”) uses your Personal Link to purchase a Modulus membership and their membership is activated, you will receive credit as described below.
Qualified Referrals: A referral is qualified when all of the following conditions are met: (1) The Referred Member completed purchase using your Personal Link; (2) The Referred Member's membership has been activated; (3) The Referred Member is a new Modulus customer who has not previously held a membership; (4) Only one qualified referral may be earned per Referred Member.
Rewards: For each qualified referral, you will receive a $100 credit applied to your account within 30 days of the Referred Member's membership activation. Credits may be applied toward membership renewal or add-on services. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Referred Members receive $100 off their first year of membership when using a valid Personal Link.
Restrictions: You may not: refer yourself or create multiple accounts to generate referrals; use your Personal Link in paid advertising, including search engine marketing or social media ads; post your Personal Link on coupon sites, deal aggregators, or similar platforms; send unsolicited messages or spam; or misrepresent the Program or Modulus services. You may only share your Personal Link with individuals with whom you have a genuine personal, family, or professional relationship.
Program Changes and Termination: Modulus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Upon termination, any unredeemed credits are forfeited. Modulus may disqualify any participant who violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
Decisions: All decisions regarding qualification, credits, and eligibility are made by Modulus in its sole discretion and are final.
Limitation of Liability: Modulus is not responsible for technical failures, lost referrals, or delays in credit issuance. Participation in the Program is at your own risk.
