How It Works
Every paying Modulus membership contributes to a fund that provides reduced-cost or fully subsidized memberships to qualifying individuals. There are no sponsors, no advertisements, no strings attached. Just care.
Recipients receive the same service as every other Modulus member: complete record retrieval, clinical AI analysis, board-certified physicians leading their care, prescriptions, referrals, and ongoing support. There is no separate tier. There is no lesser version. The care is identical.
Who Qualifies
Individuals and families facing financial hardship who have been unable to access the care they need through traditional channels. Priority is given to those with:
Chronic or undiagnosed conditions
Limited access to specialists
No primary care relationship
